What is NCTF 135 HA?
NCTF 135 HA is Filorga’s polyrevitalising mesotherapy solution containing hyaluronic acid. It is placed into the skin to support skin quality.
Polyrevitalising means the product is designed as a cocktail of several components rather than a single active ingredient. The manufacturer states that, alongside hyaluronic acid, it contains supporting ingredients such as vitamins, amino acids and minerals, with the aim of supporting hydration and vitality. The full ingredient list is in the product documentation and can be reviewed with you, which is particularly important if you have allergies.
Unlike fillers, NCTF 135 HA is a fluid solution and is not used to shape tissue. The information here is neutral and for guidance only; the product is not compared with other mesotherapy products in terms of superiority. The physician chooses the product according to your skin’s needs. The packaging and batch number should be shared with you, and its licensing status in Turkey checked.
When is it considered, and where does it fall short?
It may be considered for dull, dry or tired-looking skin, superficial fine lines and declining texture. It is not enough on its own for volume loss, marked sagging or deep wrinkles.
Polyrevitalising cocktails are mainly considered when skin has lost radiance and hydration or looks tired because of environmental factors. The face, neck, décolletage and backs of the hands may be among the treatment areas. Changes are gradual and generally described as skin looking more vibrant and even; results are reviewed a few weeks after the course, together with your own observations.
Hollowing from volume loss, marked laxity, deep static wrinkles or pigmentation are not problems this product can solve alone, and other approaches may be relevant. A polyrevitalising cocktail can sometimes be one supporting step within a wider plan. Your skin is assessed at consultation and whether mesotherapy has a place in your plan is decided together.
Who may not be suitable?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding, active infection or cold sores in the area, known allergy to any ingredient and certain medical conditions may mean treatment is postponed or not advised.
Because the product contains many components, please tell your physician if you have ever reacted to vitamins, amino acids or other ingredients. If there is active acne, eczema, a cold sore or infection, treatment is postponed until it has settled. Blood thinners and supplements can increase bruising. Previous aesthetic treatments and products used are also taken into account.
Elective aesthetic injections are generally postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Autoimmune conditions, bleeding disorders and poorly controlled chronic illnesses are assessed separately. If you are hoping for volume or lifting, other options are discussed, and sometimes treatment is postponed or a different method recommended. Suitability is decided by the physician.
How does a course of sessions work?
The skin is cleansed, a numbing cream may be applied, and the product is placed into the skin in small amounts by fine needle or a mesotherapy injector. An initial course usually involves several sessions.
Depending on the size of the area, treatment usually takes 20–40 minutes. The product may be placed by hand as tiny blebs or, at the physician’s discretion, with a mesotherapy injector gun. Pinpoint redness and small bumps may be visible afterwards and usually settle quickly. Being shown the packaging and batch number beforehand is important for traceability and is your right to request.
An initial course often involves 3–5 sessions a few weeks apart; the exact number depends on the manufacturer’s recommendations, the area and your skin’s response. Your skin is observed between sessions and the plan adjusted if needed. Results are reviewed at follow-up, and maintenance planned where appropriate. Sun protection, sleep and consistent skincare also help maintain results.
What aftercare is advised, and what are the risks?
Avoid make-up and massage for the first day, saunas and strenuous exercise for a day or two, and protect your skin from the sun. Bruising, redness and small bumps are common effects.
Redness and bumps at the injection points usually settle within a few hours to a day; bruising may last a few days. Gentle cleansing, a short pause from retinoids and acids, and daily sun protection can help during this time. On the first night, avoid pressing your face into the pillow and avoid touching the area. Follow your physician’s individual advice first.
Less commonly, infection, allergic reaction or nodules may develop. Contact your physician if you notice increasing pain, spreading redness or fever. A genuine, licensed and traceable product and treatment by an authorised physician are the foundations of safety. Recovery is reviewed at follow-up, and you should be given contact details you can use after treatment.
Frequently asked questions
Is NCTF 135 HA a filler?
No. Although it contains hyaluronic acid, it is a fluid mesotherapy solution and is not used to add volume.
How does NCTF 135 HA differ from Profhilo?
They take different approaches: NCTF 135 HA is a multi-ingredient polyrevitalising cocktail, while Profhilo consists of high-concentration hybrid hyaluronic acid complexes. The physician makes the choice.
Can NCTF 135 HA be used on the neck and décolletage?
The neck and décolletage are among the areas that may be considered. Suitability and the plan are decided at consultation.
How many NCTF 135 HA sessions will I need?
Several sessions a few weeks apart are usually planned at first. The exact number depends on your skin and how it responds.
Is NCTF 135 HA the same as a vitamin injection?
No, NCTF 135 HA is not the same as a vitamin injection. NCTF 135 HA is a mesotherapy solution whose vitamins and other ingredients are placed into the skin in small amounts, targeting only the skin of the treated area. Vitamin injections given into a muscle or a vein affect the whole body and are used for different purposes, after a different medical assessment.
If I miss an NCTF 135 HA session, will I lose the effect?
No, a delay of a few days or a week or two in an NCTF 135 HA plan does not usually undo the effect of earlier sessions. The plan continues where it left off, and the next interval is adjusted if needed. If the gap between sessions becomes very long, your physician may reassess your skin and suggest a schedule closer to the starting plan.
Can I drink alcohol after NCTF 135 HA?
Avoiding alcohol for the first 24 hours after NCTF 135 HA is often advised. Alcohol widens blood vessels and can add to bruising, redness and swelling at the injection points, so avoiding it the day before treatment can also help. Redness and small bumps usually settle within a day or two, while any bruising may take several days to fade.
Will NCTF 135 HA work on my skin if I smoke?
Partly. NCTF 135 HA can also be considered for smokers to support skin hydration and radiance, but while smoking keeps reducing blood flow and harming collagen in the skin, the change achieved may be more limited. For smoking-related dullness, the decisive step is stopping smoking; NCTF 135 HA does not replace it and can only be added as extra support for skin quality.
